The AutoHaul Direct Promise

What You Can Expect From AutoHaul Direct

Car shipping involves more than getting a vehicle from one location to another. You should know how your price is handled, who is moving your vehicle, and whether the company arranging the shipment can be verified.

Know What Your Quote Is Based On

Your quote is an estimate built from current carrier rates on your route. Rates can change based on fuel costs, seasonal demand, vehicle details, pickup timing, and the number of carriers available for your lane.

If the carrier rate changes before dispatch, AutoHaul Direct contacts you first. You decide whether to approve the updated price before your vehicle moves.

How to Verify an Auto Transport Broker

A legitimate auto transport broker should be able to provide identifying information that you can check independently.

Find the MC and USDOT Numbers

Ask for the company’s MC and USDOT numbers before booking.

Search FMCSA SAFER

Use the company name or USDOT number to locate its federal record.

Match the Business Information

Make sure the legal company name and registration details match the company you are dealing with.

Check Before You Book

Review the federal record before providing shipment details or moving forward with transport.

TRANSPORT MATCH

Matching the Carrier to Your Shipment

A successful shipment depends on more than assigning a carrier – the route, vehicle type, pickup access, delivery location, timing, and transport method all need to work together. AutoHaul Direct coordinates these details so the carrier option fits your shipment as closely as possible, with communication supported throughout the process.
